Mr. Wade received Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with distinction, from the University of Kansas in 1988 with an emphasis on Finance and Accounting. Mr. Wade thereafter received a Juris Doctorate from Arizona State University in 1991. Mr. Wade was admitted to the Arizona Bar in 1991 and the Colorado Bar in 1992.

Attorney, Michael Wade is admitted to practice in Federal Courts, Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, as well as Bankruptcy Court. In 1995, he and Michael Nysather partnered to combine what is now one of the highest regarded consumer and personal injury law practices in Arizona.

Mr. Wade exclusively practices wrongful death and serious personal injury cases. Due to his extensive experience in these areas, Mr. Wade is often in depositions, court, mediations, and trials on his cases. Mr. Wade devotes his legal knowledge and experience to the representation of general negligence and motor vehicle accidents (including trucking and motorcycle) in Arizona and across the country.
